Frequently Asked Questions Donor Families
Q: Where do I check-in?
A: The team captain comes to the Donor Family area and check-in is by the last name of the donor.
The team captain will receive a box that has the teams shirts and buttons, as well as a waiver
that each team member must sign and an opportunity ticket for each participant.
Q: What happens if someone wants to join my team but they haven't registered?
A: They can come to the Donor Family Walk Up Registration line beginning at 7am.
They will receive a general Run/Walk t-shirt.
Q: How will my team members find me?
A: We have a very large number of donor families participating, so our check in area will be very full.
At the check in table, we can tell a participant if the team captain has picked up the teams box, and then
you will have to look around to find your team!
Q: How do I take care of my t-shirt?
A: The instructions recommend that for best results you turn your t-shirt inside
out and machine wash it in cold water. Remove the t-shirt promptly from the washer,
as colors may bleed if left wet too long. Tumble dry on low.
